Logo após, eles visitaram uma organização que auxilia no desenvolvimento de crianças. O príncipe William e Kate Middleton também foram para uma recepção na NeueHouse. Mais tarde, enquanto William foi para outra recepção dessa vez no Empire State Building, Kate foi para o hotel. À noite, o casal compareceu a um jantar em comemoração ao 600º aniversário da Universidade de St. Andrews – onde estudaram e se conheceram – no Metropolitan Museum of Art.
The royal couple’s final day in New York was incredibly busy. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge started the day by visiting the National September 11 Memorial Museum and viewing the Memorial Reflection Pools. Then, they visited The Door and the CItyKids Foundation, two organizations that promote youth development and social learning. In the afternoon, William and Kate attended the Creativity is GREAT Reception at NeueHouse. While William went to another reception this time at the Empire State Building, Kate went back to the hotel. At night, the couple attended the University of St. Andrews – where they studied and met – 600th Anniversary Dinner at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

During the day Kate didn’t make my chin drop. Don’t get me wrong, the pink coat is pretty, but I was expecting something more.

Eu tinha expectativa que a Kate fosse arrasar no último evento da viagem, pois era de gala. Porém, fui decepcionada mais uma vez. O vestido é bonito, mas não amo e, como foi a terceira vez que ela usou, não teve aquele fator surpresa. O que eu mais gostei no look foi o brinco de esmeraldas e diamantes. Simplesmente maravilhoso!!
During the gala, I thought Kate was going to blow me away, but that wasn’t the case. She chose a gown previously worn. I think it’s nice, but I don’t love it. What I loved most about the outfit were the diamond and emerald earrings.
